App looks great…but
Today looks amazing. The UI/UX are pretty solid for a todo list app and I think it has quite a hit going for it since it forces you to focus on your current day and working on habits. However, the app is nearly unusable. Currently on an iPhone 14 and this thing freezes every other time I open the or try to add a subtask, etc. Not my cup of tea.

Clean UI
Nice start! Waiting for Reminders/Notifications… and maybe could replace Things… let's see! Keep it up!
Beautiful
Makes me thrilled to work on my tasks. The design is simply stunning. A totally new and intuitive way to structure work. Excited to see how this develops!
Gets worse and worse every update.
Sorry to say it but it's true. Developer keeps changing the entire UI every other day seemingly and makes it impossible to learn how to use it. Instead of changing the UI you should focus on improving the product features and polish.
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. No more UI changes planned for a long time.
Great place to keep organised
This app has come a long way since the testflight and a lot of the features previously behind a paywall have since been added to the standard free plan.
It allows me to stay on top of any tasks that I have upcoming

Unable to use it, when you open it is a black screen.
Open the app, select network, all black can not use, then flash back.
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. Could you perhaps elaborate on the issue? What are you referring to when you mention ‘Select network’?
Potential but some bugs
Very nice and easy and simple but some bugs hopefully will be fixed.1) tasks are stuck in "anytime" folder even when there is a time 2) need an end time or duration 3) can't edit times once it's in there 4) can't view imported calendar details 5) can't change profile picture
Definitely room for improvement but even then, works just fine
My only suggestion is adding in a feature that allows users to reorganize the tasks by “picking up” and moving them- something similar to Reminders.
Nothing special
Everything is behind a pay wall. I mean come one man even the basic stuff is. You have so many free apps identical to this completely free, it's bizarre so much basic functionality needs a subscription.
A promising start
I picked this app up mostly on the strength of its design, which I think is very striking. I like the “status card” with information on each of the corners, and I like that completed tasks don’t clutter up your today view but are also easily accessible in just a tap or two, without having to go to some submenu or something. That said, Today App is a little bare bones in terms of its features, even for an app that supposed to help you focus on a relatively narrow set of tasks. Also, it seems like when you set a reminder, there’s no way to check on it or cancel it? I thought my reminders for a particular task weren’t going through at first, only to get four notifications at once later in the day.
I wouldn’t say that I regret being an early adopter, but I’m definitely curious to see how this app grows. In the meantime, it’s a sleek, stylish app that serves its intended purpose!

Forces you to focus on Today.
There are still a lot of room for enhancements on this app, but the best part of a productivity app like this is that it only allows you to work on today - which I feel like is the point of the app. Other productivity apps like Sorted and Things have a lot of room for customization and sometimes when I use them I get off track and start planning my whole life. I like to use this app to quickly write down the 3 or 4 things I need to get done today and use it to hold me accountable. The UI is also great and easy to get familiar with.
