The worse app

I stay away from writing negative reviews on apps because I feel like people go out of their way to write negative over positive all the time but I cannot stand how this app literally never works.
First it was the face sign in, then it never remembered me regardless of having the remember me turned on, and now it says “access denied or authentication failed” and I can’t even get to the login screen???

Absolutely waste of an app.

This app NEVER works properly.

When I first enrolled with this financial institution, the app worked normally like any other bank/card app would… now I’m lucky if I can even see the logo, trying to log in is almost impossible. Glitches, errors and crashes everywhere. Useless!

This app is always down and so is their website!

This is getting ridiculous! For months this app has had issues and I can’t make my payments. I have to check it every day and always there is an issue! I go to the website and it’s down too “for technical reasons”. This is so corny! I’m going to close this card it’s not worth the trouble. I have never had so many issues with a credit card!

The App and the Website

It is almost impossible to get into the app or the website. It’s either crashing or I’ m getting an error message. All I want to do is pay my bill. God forbid you are late paying your bill, I’m sure they would tack on a late fee. And trying to call…forget it. With an app and a website this unstable, I don’t trust they could manage the safety and security of a payment over the phone. I just want to pay my card off and be done with this company. The most frustrating part is that the first eight months were ok.

At least I can log in now

The previous version of this app never allowed me to log in. Note this one does, but No password saving or biometric login. Today card is a decade behind every other credit company. Can’t even add it to my apple wallet.

Was good now not so much

App used to be okay. Straight forward checking balance scheduling payments etc. no frills but worked.

Now, it always says no internet and can’t log in. Have to go through a browser to the website for anything. Pretty pointless app at this point. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and still the same.

Every time I log in, it says “timed out” and kicks me out.

They are always making the app faster and better. Recently they made me re-register using a code. I really like that they are looking out to secure my account.
