Unauthorized Charges

There is no way to cancel this absurd monthly charge. Emails are not answered and cancellation are never processed. I would give it zero starts if it was an option.

Please, note that due to privacy and security reasons, we are unable to cancel your subscription for you. You need to do it on Google Play Store by managing your account subscriptions. Thank you!

Terrible company to work with

I have made requests to cancel my account more than once.
I just got charged $63.58. I can’t get in touch with them. No one answers my emails.

Thought this was a daily program to chance procrastination as a habit .so far just a large collection of quotes seen on office posters world wide . Not useful .

Today is the Day is a SCAM

They rebutted this review to try and protect their name. I HAVE emailed with them over 25 times. They talk in circles and ask for the same things over and over. It’s a game. They say over and I do NOT have an account so they can’t stop charging me because they can’t find my account. They refuse to look it up by card # etc.

Crooked business

I’ve canceled this app three times. I keep getting alerts and auto billed to my credit card. It’s a crooked scam they’re using knowing if there app will time out prior to cancellation

Fraudulent charges

Never signed up and they charged me monthly despite telling me themselves that none of my emails has ever had an account with them. They finally stopped charging, but did not refund. Then six months later they started charging again. Support says the same thing they did as last time, that none of my emails have ever had an account with them, and therefore they cannot cancel or refund. again. Total fraud.

Cancel today is the day- please

I thought I cancelled this app while still in trial period. I have been billed $62.65 per month for month- if I block the charge, my credit card is not usable. When emailing this company, they say they can’t cancel this. Really! Not sure who to report this too. This app is games and ads. Unbelievable

I signed up for the trial of this app and found it to not be helpful. I canceled well within the allowed time and have been billed for the last four months. Each and every time, I reach out to support and they tell me the same thing: I have to cancel it through Apple. I’ve spoken with Apple more than once, and it is proven over and over that Apple is not charging me. It does not come up on my statement from Apple. The scammers of this are stealing from me each and every month and refusing to refund.

No doubt they will do the same to you given the opportunity. Stay far away.

Not helpful

I’m having a terrible time with this app. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription without success. I think this is a scam!

Robbery

This application charged me $500 and did not inform me i bought into their subscription. I never wanted this application. I have requested a refund but reddit posts are saying the app creators have no way of verifying the app was used, therefore they keep your money.
This is wrong and we are looking into taking further action.

Cancelled and they keep trying to charge me.

Cancelled the app the same day I downloaded it and they keep trying to charge me $62.83! Very annoying! No one to contact to stop it except my cc company.
