This company keeps taking £47.20 from my account every month and I never signed up for it

Won't let me cancel because I don’t know the email I used to sign up

I don’t know the emai l used and I keep emailing me and they won’t let me cancel. They also won’t tell me the number to call. Some guy name Terry M. must be AI response. I keeep telling them I don’t which email I used. Every month I have to dispute the charges. I asked them to email me so I could see the email. I used.
