Scam! I don’t even own the app, but I getting huge bills on credit card, I keep getting same canned email. DON’T Buy!!!

This company keeps taking £47.20 from my account every month and I never signed up for it
Won't let me cancel because I don’t know the email I used to sign up
I don’t know the emai l used and I keep emailing me and they won’t let me cancel. They also won’t tell me the number to call. Some guy name Terry M. must be AI response. I keeep telling them I don’t which email I used. Every month I have to dispute the charges. I asked them to email me so I could see the email. I used.

Charged without using the app
I was charged a total of $343.17 through PayPal for this app, despite never using the service and not even having the app installed.
Multiple charges occurred over several months. After weeks of email communication, the company offered to refund only $32, which is less than 10% of the total amount charged.
This experience felt misleading and unfair. I would strongly advise others to be very careful with subscriptions and billing.

Cancel
Trying to cancel but get no response
No customer support
I paid for a subscription but mislaid my password. I have sent at least a dozen messages using various means asking for a password re-set and have had absolutely no response. No customer service at all.
Signed up by mistake
Trying to cancel by emailing app developer . I can’t access my account ! 👀
Stop taking my money!!
I looked at this app once long ago I don’t even have it and got charged £59.98 out of the blue last night and no way to find out how or why your taking it - please reply to me to sort this out !!!
Just setting it up
Most apps ask for a review before the user knows the app. You’re no different. When it’s asking how often I want reminders, Iit seems like I can choose on period, however long. That’s probably not right, but really, I’m trying to make this thing useful, not advertise it. I’ll be happy to praise the product when I experience something productive.

Took a second payment of over $125 within 6 months
There is no customer service, no one to reach and no way to get your money back or stop the subscription! They just take your money

This App, once you buy the initial package seems to be VERY focused on selling you more packages than motivating you.
They take at least a couple of lessons ( so far) to get into the meat of the matter.
