Poor format for iPhone
The new format is terrible for iPhones. I cannot read an article without having to constantly zoom in and out.
Not loading issues
I love this magazine until recently when the current issue isn't available. I've tried everything I can on my end and it's still not available, very frustrating.
Useless
Don't waste your money. It's pretty much useless and is asking for more money for more options.

Wow what a great iPhone edition! I love how well they were able to translate the paper edition to an iPhone. It flows really well and looks great.

Awesome app. Extras are a nice touch too! I would contact support also, if it doesn't work; I was able to download issues back to March of 2012.
Can't access my digital issues
I am a print subscriber, but I haven't been able to access my digital issues since the update. Tried deleting the app and re-installing, and creating a new account. Nothing worked!!! Kept getting error message that the server is not responding. Please fix ASAP!!!!

I love this magazine, but ever since the app was updated, I can't access my issues! I tried creating a new account, but I get a message saying the server isn't responding. I feel like I shouldn't have updated, but it was necessary so I could continue reading my issues. Please get the bugs worked out!

Where's my old issues
This newest update has removed all,of my old issues, with no way of getting them back. Because I'm no longer a subscriber I can't access my old issues since I have no account number to use....not at all pleased with this at all, app changes shouldn't involve your customers having to lose out on old issues.....

Won't download
Have a print subscription and can activate it on my iPad but the issue won't download. This has been the same issue for at least a year now. I've contacted support but no response yet. I'll just uninstall until it gets another update I guess.
Unresponsive App
While I do love the magazine itself, the app needs some work. After purchasing a yearly subscription, I found that the app does not let me download my magazine. As stated by the above user, I also am glad I'm on one month trial. Consider my subscription cancelled until you guys get around to fixing your app.

Doesn't work!
I bout the trial review, thank goodness as is app doesn't work! I have followed all their trouble shooting steps, e-mailed support only to get the ply that this e-mail does not exist, called their 1-800 number only to be told I have to call iTunes and they do not support their app, I explained that it shows up in iTunes but that the subscription won't let me download anything and they said well call iTunes then to get a refund. Well thank goodness I was still in the trial period I will just delete this app and look for a differ parenting magazine that cares about their readers!

Buggy
App keeps flicking and can't do anything. All caused by last upgrade.

I haven't been able to read any of my magazines due to bugs in the app. it needs fixing.
October edition won't load
I have this app for the past 3 months (which was actually what convinced me of renewing my subscription). The latest edition, however, won't load. As soon as I click on it to read, it crashes. Tried several times over the past couple of days. I hope this gets fixed!
UPDATE Dec 9: reinstalling seemed to fix the problem, however as I downloaded January's edition, December's one simply disappeared. I can see October and November but not December. It seems that every single time I try to use this, I run into a new problem. Very disappointing.
