Beware this app if you care about your financial data

Better to go with one of the American apps if you care about your data. We used to trust this service for our remodeling business, will never make THAT mistake again. I never write reviews but I felt it was worth warning other small business owners.

Unbelievable, support is nonexistent, app is non functional

I started using this app in 2022, and initially it was a godsend or book keeping. All of a sudden, August of 2024 the app can no longer link to my business account, rendering the expense tracking and 60% of the apps best features non functional.

Sure invoice and clients and items and such are GREAT, but the same company also has another app for the same thing. This app is essentially abandon ware.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and terrible support. I have been using Tofu for about 2 years and liked it until needing in-app support. I reached out to through the online chat support, email, and in-app messaging. Their chat bot claims the response time is "usually" under 2 hours, but it has now been a month and still no response despite sending multiple emails and messages. For a paid-for service, this is really unprofessional and unreliable. Find another app!

NOT USER FRIENDLY

Terrible app, it mainly wants your banking information, to manually add expenses or income is tedious and you can’t just edit the date of the transaction. I really wanted a simple accounting application and this failed. I’ll keep looking.

Works alright.

My paid invoices don’t show up in the P&L report. I have messages customer service about the issue, but have t heard anything back in over a week

Customer service is non existent

I’ve currently been waiting 10 hours on a response from customer service. None of my paid invoices are showing on my profit and loss section and I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to my inquest. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Confused

Why does it say $14.99 a month with a free month but when I go in it’s only 3 free days and $5.99 a week?

Needs an agenda

This app is perfect but it needs an agenda for scheduling to make it perfect. I need to be able to easily see when and where I worked and am scheduled to work. Great start but not what I need to keep from having to use too many apps.

Seems great!

I’ve been using the app for about 2 months and haven’t had a problem. I’m a masonry contractor by trade and enjoy using the app. It’s fast and easy to use, I can pull into a job site and automatically write an estimate for the customer. Great app for storing receipts aswell! In general I like it
