Unprofessional
Very unprofessional company selling luxury holiday.
20 minute on the phone just to get my booking .made a booking 5 day in advance and ad to cancel so I phone up and was only told to email them.
Took 2 day to rely after I phone them again for then found out no refund so I lost 225 pound.
Term and condition were not available on the link just 404 errors but yes now it work and say they need 10 week notice ?
They are very slow to reply to email and pointless on the phone .

By the way the same property they represent can be booked on booking. Com with no charge and you can cancel within loosing your money.
They charge 35 pound per booking
