Believe the reviews

I have been using it for about a month and a half. You have to close app or delete constantly for it to function properly. Half the time, outbound calls fail. Just overall not something to work with at alll

Very unreliable

The app is clearly not made for iOS, slow, unable to respond 90% of the calls, no significant upgrade in a year, sms and call logs are disappearing randomly.
Not worth to try, don’t lose your time, search further.
I’m leaving as soon as I find an alternative.

Still having notifications problems

It’s been years , I’m done with this. Badge notifications have never worked correctly. Even now when it’s finally implemented it doesn’t work correctly. It only shows a badge after I already open the app. That’s useless. Every other app developer can do this correctly.

Works fine

I’ve been using for several months with no problems. Used it in Italy to talk to NA. New version (June 2022) crashes constantly every time I tap on a contact. Have put in numbers manually.

Great Support

I was having a bit of an issue with my configuration and their support team arranged a call to help identify what was going on. I was really surprised at how well they responded and addressed my concern.

Mobile data problem

Overall I think this is a great app but with one big problem

When Wi-Fi is on it works perfect

Went out of the house and you have no Wi-Fi and you need to use mobile data it does not work

I have contacted the company informing the mobile data does not work on IOS

If mobile data worked on this app I would give it five star

Would not even mind paying a small purchase fee
Providing I can try demo version first

It was not clear in description

I wanted to use this alongside my EHR integration.
When I try to setup my twillio number, it said that this integration will all other integration to work with twillo. I did not want that.

Hello! Calls to a Twilio number can be routed to only one channel. The phone number settings on Twilio has to be changed for users to receive calls on Toktiv. You will have to use different numbers on Twilio platform for different channels - one for EHR and another for Toktiv. This is the design of Twilio platform and not a shortcoming of Toktiv. Almost there

Potential to be my goto, but:

1) I don’t get incoming SMS Notifications
2) I need calls to go through w/o the caller having to input an extension number

These two are crucial features!

Hello! People will be able to call you without having to dial an extension number. Please assign all such numbers as your Direct Numbers on Toktiv. Assign a dummy number as the Board Number. The primary target customers for Toktiv is business establishments with multiple employees. Hence we have the Board Number and Extension number features as mandatory.
