Trouble getting into some items
When trying to click on Miller Lite; Large Bandage; Apples; Poise; Rubbermaid Takealones; Donuts there were no drop down options so was unable to order.

Get the app. Deals are unbeatable. Without the app, everything will be pretty expensive.

Takes too long to input my info every time
Every time I open the app I have to confirm my zip code. Then say no, I want pickup and not in-store shopping. It takes several seconds to load every page and get to the actual app. Why isn’t my default info saved somewhere so the homepage loads automatically? (With the option to change my defaults in the settings somewhere.)
Just now I was trying to let the app know that I was in the car on the way to pick up my order that ALREADY EXISTED and it wouldn’t let me access the ‘I’m on my way’ button until I clicked through three different setup pages.
It keeps trying to turn on shopping mode, too, which is just normal mode but with a red background and different layout? It’s really annoying but there’s no way to disable it.
Also, every single time I search I have to manually disable the “Out of stock” button. Why would you show me items I can’t buy by default? Why isn’t there an option to keep that turned off?

We have been so impressed with the one stop shopping of our needs. Saving gas from place to another place before. Plus the convenience of one stop shopping. Continue, please , providing great discounts and abundance of products.

Horrible App
Why is there an app update Every. Single. Day. ?
Why does it fail every time i check out. Then I go update the app and it works…sometimes. Why doesnt it let me update my cart, says service error. Always buggy. Never works right. Worst app. I dread using it. We avoid Tom Thumb because of the app.

Exceeds Expectations
I was highly impressed by Tom Thumbs app. It is very easy to use and is well designed. I love that they reward you for staying fit if you connect Apple health! The recipes and AI meal prepping are some too! Well done Tom Thumb!
Online orders
The online shopping experience needs updated. How is it that I order an item with a digital deal and when the item is out of stock I get a replacement for the same item, different flavor/version —still a part of the same digital coupon clipped, but they don’t apply the deals to the replacement. So I end up overpaying and have to get this issue rectified at customer service.

Unable to Open up the Weekly Ad
For the past month I keep running into a service issue that doesn’t let me open the flyer in app. It has started to happen on my other devices with the app as well.

Pharmacy section is NOT user friendly. Navigation extremely hard. Comment sections do NOT allow keyboard for response. Rating 1
