Don’t try a pick up order with ASAP
I’ve tried multiple times to order an advance, and by the time you get to the checkout screen, the pick up window is expired and it will not let you alter the option and cancels the order. Promo codes are great to offer for discounted online ordering if it would actually work.
Can’t order
Why can’t I order at any location. Just constantly says restaurant is not taking orders. I understand you are updating the POS systems but this have been over a month now. I really would prefer to use the app.

Several months later still can’t check out in the app, AND turns out they have been saving card information without asking for every order I placed.

The worst burgers
Burgers was cold sloppy nasty mayo with wilted lettuce mayo was disgusting. There was so much on there.Cold fries and was there before the time was up from ordering online worst burgers don’t order online if u want hot food it was completely gross never seen that kind of food come out of the Neenah Wisconsin store like that

Never works
This app needs serious help. It never works properly. App shows apple pay as a payment option, and then doesn’t work. I’m always having to re-enter or re-submit several times. Usually end up frustrated and abandoning my order. Really annoying

Can’t make purchases
I have not been able to make any purchases using the app for several weeks. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, it’s even on a new phone now, it still will not work. No point to it if I can’t use it to buy food.
Won’t let me create account
As stated it will not let me create an account just keeps saying this mobile phone is already registered but neither of my emails have been used to create account so when I try to click forgot password nothing is sent to either. Bummer!

I can authenticate now. Charge for sauces has been removed. Still can’t order onion rings. Invalid size error.
Failure ordering
Can’t order. Keeps stating problem with email address and it validates through my phone number.
Stop Changing Your App!
It is really disappointing that they changed the app. You end up losing all of your built up points and combos. Yes, they do offer you a $5 discount but lost more than that switching to the new app. I was one meal away from a free combo and was only 50 points away from the discount.
Terrible app
Won’t let you place order for drive-thru after the lobby closes even though the drive-thru is open for almost 2 hours. Fairly useless app.
