Love this, educational and fun
This is a fantastic toy for all ages. It’s rare for kids to use their imaginations with so much access to iPads , laptops and phones. This makes them use their imaginations and brain power.

Toniebox 2/Tonies App
App is difficult to navigate with the Toniebox 2, which itself has major flaws. My wishlist for the app would be as follows: specific navigation tools - like if a Tonie failed to download correctly (happens frequently), have an option within your Tonie list to remove and re-download the Tonie. I would like more functionality out of the app to control the Toniebox 2, because the manual controls do not function as intended.

This app is so confusing. You would think you could add WiFi to your tonies by going to the account but nope you have to go to collections. Nothing is straight forward and we end up never using our tonies because we can’t add any free content

Favourite Christmas present
Bought this for my daughter last year for Christmas and honestly I think I love it more than her. We love the Julia Donald collection and following along with the book. My favourite though is the little whale bedtime sounds, my daughter has it every night and it’s so soothing and relaxing
Teacher user
Love using the Toniebox 2 in my classroom of SEN learners. To use with the whole group at once, the sound isn’t loud enough. Will there be an update to introduce a Bluetooth speaker as an option? I find the Tonies are invaluable to learning and would like to take the learning further and as a whole class learning opportunity.

Disappointed
Doesn’t seem to really do anything. I’m told it’s supposed to tell me the battery life of the tonie & alert me when it’s time to charge it but I can’t find that on the app at all. Besides helping me connect to WiFi to download a new Tonie, the app seems completely pointless & annoying to navigate. Everyone rants & raves about their tonies & my kids do love it, but the app doesn’t do anything & seems like a waste of space on my phone.

Great product mediocre app
Too many things going on. I have to google “how do I…” to understand where to adjust settings. There are too many places to adjust settings. Love the tonie box, don’t like the app

Tonies 1 & 2
We have both the original Toni and just got the Toni 2 for my son’s birthday. We have always loved them through all of the ages and stages and are still using it everyday for the last 4 years

Great for neurodivergent kids!
My toddler is ASD lvl 2. He’s always loved the music and characters that go on the speaker. Helps with nap/sleep time as well as stimming or meltdowns. If he likes it, we love it!
Tonie box 2 is Terrible
We had the original Tonie box we bought from a garage sale and it works perfectly. We bought our other son a Tonie box 2 for Christmas and it is terrible. It doesn't ever work. The sound skips like an old CD or it will only play one song and then stop. We tried to reach out to support but they told us to try turning it off and turning it back on and had no other insights. Would definitely not recommend.
