The tonies you purchase are great and kids love them. Issues- have to tap the side far too hard and there needs to be more free items available on the app for the creative tonie

Tony boxes are the best
Doesn’t last!
We love the concept and my children love the figures. However, we are on our 3rd tonies box as previous 2 wouldn’t work after 2nd charge. Now the 3rd one has lasted longer but after a few months using it , this one too has stopped working ! Original charger is not fit for purpose either. The box is now Frozen on green light after attempting to charge. Very frustrating .

Terrible customer service
Had a problem with a tonies box 2 and the customer service was pitiful. Ruined a birthday present.
New tone
The new box does not have aux plug for headphones and the charging cord is approximately 2 inches long usb c. It does not come with a brick either. However the old tone does not connect to 5g internet. This has been a challenge getting set up and the app doesn’t tell you this. You just keep restarting over and over.
It was much easier to set up new tonie box and use app to change songs and volume

Un très bon investissement pour ma fille. Depuis ses 2ans et demi, ma fille l’écoute tous les soirs pour s’endormir.
Sa mémoire s’est super bien développée, les histoires sont superbes, elle l’emmène partout avec elle. Cela limite énormément les écrans et favorise l’imagination, le langage et la créativité. Nous avons déjà une jolie collection et nous ne sommes pas prêt de nous arrêter. Fabuleuse invention que je recommande à tous les enfants.
Nous passons d’agréables moments en famille à écouter les histoires.

3 Year Old Loves This Thing
My 3 year old is absolutely obsessed with her Tonies music box and figurines. We’ve made it a bonding experience by collecting her favorite characters and seeing what they sing and what stories they have! Her favorite right now is Dora the Explorer, AQUIIIII ESTOYYYYYYYY iykyk
More parent controls needed
Please add shuffle play for our sanity. Also add programmed set bedtime e.g. From 7pm to 6am

Easy to use 2 under 2
Both of my toddlers love playing with the tonies. Great way to learn sounds, animals and a night time lullaby too.
Very difficult to connect to Toni
App is nice to look at but functionality is lacking. I tried for thirty minutes to connect to Toni. I even tried factory resetting but eventually never successful. Had to use my wife’s phone to eventually connect my phone to Toni, if there was communication that I could connect my phone too that would be great.
