Sudden Change - No Service
I was a happy TONS customer for years, even before COVID times. Abruptly they decided to sell from their own store which doesn’t even serve my area. Or their app doesn’t work, either way customer service was not helpful at all. There was no warning at all. I’m so disappointed in their business model. They had something that worked and worked well. Then to pursue more money they just drop customers. Huge disappointment.

Bad after service
Not so great after service….My order was kept on hold with deducted money for almost a week and the follow up from Tons was very minimal. I had to chase, which really spoiled the experience:(
