Sudden Change - No Service

I was a happy TONS customer for years, even before COVID times. Abruptly they decided to sell from their own store which doesn’t even serve my area. Or their app doesn’t work, either way customer service was not helpful at all. There was no warning at all. I’m so disappointed in their business model. They had something that worked and worked well. Then to pursue more money they just drop customers. Huge disappointment.

Bad after service

Not so great after service….My order was kept on hold with deducted money for almost a week and the follow up from Tons was very minimal. I had to chase, which really spoiled the experience:(

Amazing!

I rarely go out of my way to write a review for an app…so here goes

I’ve been extremely happy with TONS, saves me so much time and I love the professionalism of the personal shoppers.

I cant wait to see what more surprises this app has to offer and will keep using it to run groceries for sure!

Refund problems

It’s was a great experience until i reach the payment methods, i paid using a credit card and some items were not available (even though it was available in the app) so they needed to refund the money, still no word from them... hope they fix it cause the app is great

wasting time

after all time making choices no available time to deliver the item .. you should remark the timing before the costumer waste his time ... BAD APP
