Tony delivers is amazing

At first I was scared to try, but now that they’re improving. It’s good. Helps the drivers and it’s cheaper. Love it! If you’re visiting Seattle, don’t hesitate to give this local startup a chance

Unable to log in

As soon as I login to my account , the screen starts flashing and nothing happens. A major bug that developers missed before releasing the new version.

Unable to place an order

I placed an order with Tony way back when he was taking orders via text and was very excited to use this app! However it has never ever worked for me which is very frustrating, I keep trying with no success :(

For months I’ve been trying to order and I got my first order! It worked. Thank god.

Drivers always busy

We appreciate you pointing this out. “Drivers are busy” means no drivers were available at that time. We’re working to expand coverage so this happens less often.

Scheduled maintenance during dinner rush

I was surprised to see the app did not allow me to fully open it because a prompt came up saying the app was undergoing scheduled maintenance. But the odd thing is that this was at 7pm on a weeknight where the app probably receives the most traffic. You’d think the developer wouldn’t shut the app down entirely during dinner rush - and I’m a new user to boot in Seattle. It wasn’t very customer friendly. 2/5 stars only because of the concept not the execution.

Thanks for the feedback and we are really sorry about the timing of that maintenance. We are rolling out a big update and, unfortunately, it required taking the app fully offline for a longer period than usual. We know it wasn’t ideal, especially during the dinner rush. We appreciate you giving the concept a chance, and we hope you’ll try the app again soon!

Good Riddance Uber/Grub

Tony launched his service in Seattle early last year, and it has since evolved into an incredibly functional and user-friendly app for connecting with drivers. I was part of the beta testing and had a fantastic experience. The ability for drivers to set their own fees and receive payments directly eliminates the discomfort of supporting platforms like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber (and the insane fees). Having Tony Delivers and Jacob Procures as options is a game-changer. The food always arrives hot and on time, and the app lets you order from places that typically only offer pickup. No extra delivery fees, no inflated menu prices for delivery, and an overall personalized, friendly service make this app stand out.
