Ordered food on New Year’s Day with the app suggesting a 45 minute estimate on delivery. Noticed that the order was marked as pending, “awaiting confirmation from the store“ in the app after about an hour. Checked google maps which showed the store is closed.

Payment is pending on my credit card, hopefully that doesn’t clear
