App lets you order food when the shop is not open
Ordered food on New Year’s Day with the app suggesting a 45 minute estimate on delivery. Noticed that the order was marked as pending, “awaiting confirmation from the store“ in the app after about an hour. Checked google maps which showed the store is closed.

Apart from making money it looks like they have not considered even the option of leaving a tip for their own delivery drivers employees . Says a lot
