Delicious unique tacos. The app needs some improvements and they need a tech support department.

Over-priced
Food is tasty but over-priced for portion size. Sadly, Favorites, like the chicken wings are discontinued.

The version is so much better but you can’t transfer over discounts if points during discount. It doesn’t allow you to see what discounts or points you have to use before check out.
Never works
Asks to verify phone number, sends a code then the app says the code is invalid. Before this, unable to correct email address. App is terrible
I can’t even sign in
The app literally doesn’t work. I can’t sign in because it won’t bring up the keyboard to enter my information.
No Apple Pay & Disappointing User Experience
I recently tried the Tony's Tacos app, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The outdated UI/UX techniques, like the hamburger menu, made navigation a hassle. It feels like they forgot to include some screens, leaving the app looking incomplete and frustrating to use. Not a pleasant experience overall. UPDATE: Drop down menus when ordering more than one taco continues to be a hassle. Apple Pay isn’t supported, and you can only save one payment method at a time.

Horrible delivery
I order from the new Hyde park location and although I like there food and the people that work there are nice, they use door dash for delivery service. It seems they can charge you 2.99 for the deliver expect to give the driver a tip on top of thatl!!! When door dash arrived, driver refused to make the delivery insisting that I live in the parking lot and that there is no door or building. If I could post the messages on here I would, on top of that the guy calls me a idiot. Never again, Tony tacos are great but to deal with that after a long exhausting day is just not worth it!!!!

Best food in town no matter what
I have to say I was skeptical of this idea and place at first and when I met the owners and to them if this place is good you’ll have a customer for life I meant it! So with that said I am a regular customer at all thier locations and will recommend this place to all my friends and family hands down every day! I haven’t tried a taco they offer I don’t like! With so many different options it not your typical taco! Mike and Julia I wish you all the best of luck just wish you had one closer to home! No worries I’ll follow you anywhere!
