Waste of money
Purchased their annual Artist Subscription Membership a little less than a month ago. And still am not able to create nor finish uploading my releases. Nor unable to add myself as an artist to any of my single releases.
Consecutively I have reached out to their support team through email, yet still the responses are far+few. + Not as helpful therefore I would suggest saving your money & going with [BandLab or Symphonic] to release.
Do Not Waste Your Time, Money, nor energy with this music distribution system as this company makes it nothing close to simple.
Learned the hard way after already investing in the yearly subscription.
As their release window is atleast 2 weeks early. However they responded to the support ticket emails 2 weeks later so now I have to use a different distribution service to be able to release my music in time as I no longer have 2 weeks of time to wait.
Ultimately with having to experience all of this within the 1st month after purchasing the yearly subscription and not being able to cancel just makes me want to rate this a ZERO OUT OF 5. NO STARS.
*USE BANDLAB INSTEAD.*

Can’t login
I can’t login. Everytime I try sign in with my google account (which is the account I created an account on the website), it doesn’t let me login. It just goes to the creation process of an account. And even that, when I reach the “choose a plan” section. I click on anything, but the “continue as collaborator” or “Register account” is greyed out and can’t click on it to continue.

Worst Distributor One Can Imagine
App’s some features will stop functioning suddenly and after so many emails all they will reply is try from desktop sir!! Sir has already tried that but they won’t reply further, no protection of your content, they themselves leak the content which goes viral, they don’t know how to raise the dispute, they will not say
You know what I won’t waste more time on them, and if you read this far you saved your time this is the only time you wasted on this stupid platform.

When I first downloaded the app, I could see my analytics then a few days before my song was supposed to drop all of the data disappeared and I have yet to get anything back. I can’t see any of my analytics for my first release at all. Andddd it’s impossible to get in touch with anybody they take forever to respond. Even when you go on the best talk, it doesn’t work. I would not recommend.

Doesn’t Work
A lot of the time the app fully doesn’t work whenever you try to actually use it. All of the statistics will just show errors and the only way to get it to work on occasion, is to delete the app and redownload it, keep in mind this is only on occasion. And it’s not like you can just use the browser version because you are now forced to use the app even if you request a desktop tab. When it does work it’s so useful! It just usually doesn’t.

Not One Single Release Has Ever Been Distributed Correctly, I Only Distribute One Song At A Time Because Of How Horrible Too Lost Has Handled Each Release and Still Hasn’t Corrected A Single One: Not To Mention If You Can’t Properly Service and Distribute a Song To YouTube ContentID, AmazonMusic, SoundCloud and SnapChat WHY ARE YOU EVEN IN THIS BUSINESS and those are only the Stores I Actively know of OBVIOUSLY Distribution Isn’t What You Do!!!! Not One Single Campaign for Promo or Marketing can Be Put In Place For Fans or An Audience On Any Of Those Platforms and You Have To Guess Which Platform They Won’t Be Able To Distribute Your Music To - I Would Recommend FIND A BETTER Distributor Because That Means They Are Screwing With Artists Money and Catalogs PLUS TERRIBLE SERVICE IN SIMPLY CORRECTING THE MATTER This Has Been OnGoing Since FEBRUARY 2026 and Out Of Four Songs Released They Haven’t Gotten A Single One Correct

Potential but weak, no support
This is better than most distribution options, but nothing is consistent between, app, web and Mac. Can’t do everything you need to do all in one app. As a Label, I feel there should be better mechanics, the apps a failure. Importing catalogs from other distributors, only ends in errors because the app is broke. And you can forget about timely support. When you submit a help request it takes weeks to get a reply if you’re lucky. I’m gonna give it a few more days to get better, but I feel soon, I will be moving on to a better system that values labels and has better support.

Do not trust this company. They lure you in with a nice UI and promises of keeping 100% of your royalties, but the moment you actually make decent money, they lock your account. They use automated bots to flag accounts for vague "violations" right before payout dates and hold your money hostage. Their customer support is non-existent—just AI copy-paste answers that ghost you. Save your career and take your music down immediately before they steal your hard work.

Stop forcing people to use app
Stop forcing people to download this app whenever I tried to go on the website it just tells you to get the app. The app doesn’t have everything the website does and the app has a lot of bugs . I tried publishing a song there and it kept saying I needed to add a cover photo when I did . Now every single time i go on the website its forcing people to use the app yall app is no good maybe work on it first before forcing people to download something that doesn’t work. What do I do know thou🤷♀️

Very buggy
I’ve always preferred the desktop version because half the time the app doesn’t load. But now it seems the desktop version on mobile is not available and just pushes you to the app. Please fix the app so it’s useable.

I just wanted to mention that there is a HUGE bug, and the app won’t load the distribution part, let me look at my royalties, and tells me I need to set up a payment, although i did. It’s only with the app I have this issue on.

I’ve only successfully looked into this once, every other time I open the app everything is Great out and refuses to load
