App issue
Issue with notifications. I can’t see any notifications except the very first one. That means I can’t even see what y’all write back to me.
Doesn’t Work
A lot of the time the app fully doesn’t work whenever you try to actually use it. All of the statistics will just show errors and the only way to get it to work on occasion, is to delete the app and redownload it, keep in mind this is only on occasion. And it’s not like you can just use the browser version because you are now forced to use the app even if you request a desktop tab. When it does work it’s so useful! It just usually doesn’t.

Potential but weak, no support
This is better than most distribution options, but nothing is consistent between, app, web and Mac. Can’t do everything you need to do all in one app. As a Label, I feel there should be better mechanics, the apps a failure. Importing catalogs from other distributors, only ends in errors because the app is broke. And you can forget about timely support. When you submit a help request it takes weeks to get a reply if you’re lucky. I’m gonna give it a few more days to get better, but I feel soon, I will be moving on to a better system that values labels and has better support.

They steal your money
Do not trust this company. They lure you in with a nice UI and promises of keeping 100% of your royalties, but the moment you actually make decent money, they lock your account. They use automated bots to flag accounts for vague "violations" right before payout dates and hold your money hostage. Their customer support is non-existent—just AI copy-paste answers that ghost you. Save your career and take your music down immediately before they steal your hard work.

Stop forcing people to use app
Stop forcing people to download this app whenever I tried to go on the website it just tells you to get the app. The app doesn’t have everything the website does and the app has a lot of bugs . I tried publishing a song there and it kept saying I needed to add a cover photo when I did . Now every single time i go on the website its forcing people to use the app yall app is no good maybe work on it first before forcing people to download something that doesn’t work. What do I do know thou🤷♀️

Very buggy
I’ve always preferred the desktop version because half the time the app doesn’t load. But now it seems the desktop version on mobile is not available and just pushes you to the app. Please fix the app so it’s useable.

I just wanted to mention that there is a HUGE bug, and the app won’t load the distribution part, let me look at my royalties, and tells me I need to set up a payment, although i did. It’s only with the app I have this issue on.

Nothing loads

Cant upload on mobile
very disappointed, i use almost everything on mobile but cant with this app, it wont let me upload, cant even finish my account setup due to slow loading ... i kept on close and reopen the app until im out of patience .... try a single month first before u're going for a whole year!
Great Platform but . . .
Easy to use, unique dashboard and transparent royalties. Would be even better if release approvals and Content ID processing were faster.
Does not work
This app is plagued with issues. It either won’t load; won’t let you sign in; or has touch issues. Any given day it just doesn’t want to work as an app should. Not sure how this cleared Apple’s review.

Trust me it’s prolly them using their own accounts to review themselves…anybody that has really used this distro will tell you they are 100 percent fraudulent…and they won’t upload any of your songs to store…I’m a victim, just want to save people that may think this distro is worthy

The app has been like this for over a month now, it’s useless right now. Forcing me to use the desktop website. Every single section says something went wrong.
Don’t waste your money on this!
This app is terrible. Too many glitches. I had to open and close the app because it wasn’t proceeding to the next step and had to restart. Even when I finished with all my info about the single I was about to publish, it said “failed to upload” without telling me the reason why. I am furious and want a refund for all my time put into this just for it to not work at the end. Do better.
