STILL no updates. Used Toodledo for 10+ years but jumped ship when updates died out.
Experienced Toodledo user who was excited to see this “Next Generation” app. But … alas, no updates in past year. Two bland screenshots of the app in “action” … not convincing me.
App still needs work
I have been using Toodledo both the desktop and app applications for years. The lists feature on the app hasn’t worked forever even though they claim they are working on it.
Account not recognized?
I bought this app years ago. I decided to try it again, but the app doesn’t recognize my email address. How is that possible? Do you purge accounts after non-use? I’m not registering a credit card to use to ur app when I’ve paid for it in the past. Requesting a credit card is sketchy when subscriptions should go through the mobile OS.

Best Todo App Ever
I’ve used this app for over a decade. When I started using this app, I would use it to manage homework projects for each class. Now I use this app to manage my lead funnel for my business. In my opinion, it’s better than a CRM.

Using over 10 years
I have been using this app for over 10 years, both the mobile app and the browser link. Recently had a minor issue. Support responded quickly. Problem was on my laptop. Great Support. Great functionality.
Great task app

Destroyed 14 years of data
This app forced me to update itself for my new iPhone 17Pro Max. Stopped opening the older version completely. Lost 14 years of all kinds of family and important notes and information.
Exceptional App!
Update: Have been using this app for some time now. No change in my earlier review. App is highly versatile and customizable, intuitive and easy to use. The screen layouts and options provide many shortcuts and save time. I haven’t changed my mind - this is one of the best apps I’ve ever used.

This modern version has a fresh look. Many of the familiar, useful features on the older version are here and the learning curve isn’t difficult at all. Many newer features make this new version all the better. An intuitive interface with quite a number of options lets you easily customize it to suit your needs.
I’ve only explored some of the functions on this but in this test drive, I am very pleased. Without any hesitation, I’d recommend this next generation Toodledo.

Great Task Tracker
Been using it for years and the new app has been working flawlessly for me for quite some time now. Also, I see in the reviews that if you have a problem you can get ahold of them and they will try their best to resolve the issue (by creating a case to track). Great job Toodledo!

Used to be great
Like others have said, this used to be great. I don’t know what happened, but my recent experience included doubling/tripplina all my tasks. However, that’s not consistent, on various browsers/app, I have a different number of tasks. Reading out to customer service was useless, even for a massive failure like this. I finally heard from them a few weeks later, and they were snarky and rude. They also admitted that they don’t pay their support staff.

App doesn’t function
I am a very long time user of the original Toodledo app, and I absolutely have loved it over the years! It is still my all time “master” to do list that I literally input everything into.
And I had high hopes for this new version, because it does have enhancements. I love how you can specify due dates with due times to the minute now, and it has other robust features.
However, it simply does not function most of the time! I have to tap on the tabs within the app multiple times to get them to open, and then even when the option does come up from the tab, if I go to make any kind of edits to times or dates it will then either not reflect the change and I will have to go back in and keep tappinh on the tabs, which simply do not open, sometimes I have to tap up to 20 times to make another change, only to not have it save the change!
I still have the old version running and when I go into the old version, it’s perfectly fine so it must be this new one and it’s been going on for quite a while now. If they fix it, it’ll be great, but if not, I have to revert to using the legacy version.

Needs calendar synch
The Toodledo app is solid but it could use a facelift and synchronization options with Apple calendar asap.
This version
I had gotten app when it first came out. Decided to try it again and it’s not good. On the old app, I could open it and go. Now, I have to login through its website. Well, at least I tried….had to change my password but it won’t let me login because it doesn’t recognize the new password. I had hoped to have success with it but now I’ll have to delete it again. Waste of money.

Next generation working great!
For the longest time, I held onto the original version, even though it was glitching, as I was worried about losing data and functionality in the transition. I needn’t have worried- the transition was seamless and effortless, and this version is working beautifully! As a working mother of three, this app is invaluable for both work tasks and home. Highly recommended!

You can have it on your computer screen and your iPad phone. Sub task. Hoping to have appointments added to it moving forward.
Great, but not perfect
This is my go to todo app. Many great features. It is frustrating that in the List module the note field is editable on the website but not on the iPhone.

One of the most useful apps I have found. An issue I’ve reported during beta testing was fixed and now has returned in the production release. On the iPhone, the “Lists” section gets stuck on one item, such that no other item can be viewed. Even if the item is deleted, the iPhone continues to display this item, and only this item. Please fix this.
