Every update creates more new problems. Considering how basic the app is it’s crazy how many things go wrong with it.

App is garbage
It’s even more glitchy than their software.. constantly crashes and doesn’t fully load most of the time.. don’t use jungle works for anything.. do yourself a favour.. pay the extra for onfleet.. you won’t regret it.
Easy Tracking
Very efficient application to manage and track the agents. Super easy to use
Cannot document pick up and drop off
After the update, we are not able to schedule drop offs.
Keeps on crashing
I tried installing and reinstalling the app, it keeps on crashing.
I’m using iPhone 12Pro Max and there is no reason my phone is making this trouble.
Please fix this app, overall this app can be very helpful for someone using your Tookan platform for dispatch.

Good to USE
Easy to use ..need some more tracking future n timeline
New update
The new update to the app is horrendous. You can’t assign from mobile at all, can’t see agent tasks, the menu button disappears every time a task is assigned. Need to close out and reopen for the menu and agent icons to show up. Going to onfleet.

Payment plan
There’s no flexibility to the payment plan. Please look into this. The rigidity seems to be a deterrent to start up businesses like mine.

Click Labs are SCUM
Paid for a white label app. Can't even use it. Its been over 12 months and this company still has not sent my refund. Absolute disgrace. Wouldn’t even recommend these guys to my main competitors. Tookan, click labs and juggernaut. Stay away from them. Say they are based in USA and all work is done by slave labour in India.
