Poor Service
Bad experience as I topped up £5.00 and I was calling to India from UK, To only hear - SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE A CALL NOW’ - they don’t have any customer support telephone or web chat. Only to email and wait for days for reply. Requested a full refund and advising the users to not to use this app.

I am unable to make any calls and raised this with the customer service since more than 2 weeks. They do not even acknowledged the mail. Pathetic customer service. I regret using them and will not recommend to anyone.

Before the calls works now when you call a number someone is responding and just holding you untill you consume your credits without transferring the call to the desired number

Be warned. I had already recharged my account, then an additional payment was taken unintentionally. I contacted support requesting a refund for the extra charge and received no response. Instead, my account was blocked entirely, including access to my remaining balance of around USD $32. Multiple emails have been ignored. Extremely disappointing experience.

First free call went through ok, first and second call were also ok after adding credit to my account. After that I was unable to make any other calls, reached out to customer care multiple times without any response.

The app keeps charging me for phone calls that never get connected. I’m being charged just for dialling the numbers! Ridiculous.

Poor customer service
Im unable to make phone calls all of a sudden to any international numbers even though I have £19 credit . I emailed customer support but got no help at all neither there is an option to call them to discuss this issue. I need a refund. Very poor service

App is glitching
I don’t know what happened to this app, it used to be good. Now for some reason takes forever to log in and when it does, literally few seconds later it kicks me out again and I have to try to log in again and then I’m stuck in this loop. Developers need to file an incident and work on fixing this issue asap.

So many times I have tried calling my mum abroad we will talk first one minute after that the call keeps repeating what she was saying to me like it’s recorded from then we can’t communicate. I feel scammed to be honest .
