Stop taking people’s unused credits
Why do you keep wiping out credits this is the second time it’s happening to me fix your app
The app takes my money they I had charged it.
I charged my account and I didn’t used it. After about one year, when I want to use the app, I see my account is 0:00 balance. It’s not too much money but this is not good for credit of the app. Please find another app for your purpose.

There are 2 dangerous issues:
1- When I called to number that’s I need.. the call going to somewhere in deferent country & language. Since I topped up 10 £ , I have never could contact my relatives abroad. In addition to that, my balance reduced due to this organised theft.
2- About privacy. How this apps could use my microphone without my permission. Even I can’t see any icon that gives me ability to stop using mic.
How Apple allows them to access to microphone ??!
