Absolutely terrible service. I have repeatedly purchased credit to call Iran, only to have my balance deducted even when the call doesn’t properly connect. I have to try again and again, and on the rare occasions the call actually connects, a significant amount of my credit has already been wasted.
This has happened to me multiple times, so it clearly isn’t a one-off technical issue. Customers are paying for a service they often don’t actually receive.
I have requested a refund and an explanation from customer support. If you charge people for failed or unsuccessful calls, you should expect serious complaints.

Stop taking people’s unused credits
Why do you keep wiping out credits this is the second time it’s happening to me fix your app
The app takes my money they I had charged it.
I charged my account and I didn’t used it. After about one year, when I want to use the app, I see my account is 0:00 balance. It’s not too much money but this is not good for credit of the app. Please find another app for your purpose.
