Absolutely terrible service. I have repeatedly purchased credit to call Iran, only to have my balance deducted even when the call doesn’t properly connect. I have to try again and again, and on the rare occasions the call actually connects, a significant amount of my credit has already been wasted.
This has happened to me multiple times, so it clearly isn’t a one-off technical issue. Customers are paying for a service they often don’t actually receive.
I have requested a refund and an explanation from customer support. If you charge people for failed or unsuccessful calls, you should expect serious complaints.

Stop taking people’s unused credits
Why do you keep wiping out credits this is the second time it’s happening to me fix your app
The app takes my money they I had charged it.
I charged my account and I didn’t used it. After about one year, when I want to use the app, I see my account is 0:00 balance. It’s not too much money but this is not good for credit of the app. Please find another app for your purpose.

There are 2 dangerous issues:
1- When I called to number that’s I need.. the call going to somewhere in deferent country & language. Since I topped up 10 £ , I have never could contact my relatives abroad. In addition to that, my balance reduced due to this organised theft.
2- About privacy. How this apps could use my microphone without my permission. Even I can’t see any icon that gives me ability to stop using mic.
How Apple allows them to access to microphone ??!

Doesn’t Connect and Still Charges Money
This is honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. Not only does it constantly fail to connect, but it also charges money from the account without even providing a proper service. It is extremely disappointing to see an app with this many issues still available to users.
My experience with this app was absolutely terrible. It wastes your time, drains your money, and offers no reliable support when something goes wrong. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they want to lose both their patience and their money.

I use this app to send airtime to my Granny in South Africa, the rates are always good and I’ve never had an issue. The app is so easy to use!

I contacted White Calling about a top-up issue, and their customer service team was very patient and helpful. They investigated the problem and refunded the amount when confirmation wasn’t available. Communication was clear, and the issue was resolved smoothly. Thank you for the great service!

I am trying to quick set up for past four days but it always give me error saying We couldn’t verify you please try again! Please fix this!

Very expensive to mobile top up to Eritrea. For 50Nakfa top up they charge you $6.79 which means 6.79 *15=101.85 Nakfa …. Not fair at all
