After trying this app for the first time, submitting a project for the first time, I received 3 hits after half an hour. All 3 contacted me via email, text and phone call. We were able to onboard 2 of the subs and are currently working with them. If you need to find subs, you cannot avoid using this app!

Got us jobs and connections. Just be patient and persistent. This app has potential to connect contractors and trades people in more ways than it does now.
To the creators, when finding jobs, list when the job was posted. I keep calling jobs that end up being very old.

Really great experience. Loved how quick my hiring process was and the fact that a real person called me to get me submitted to a job.

This company sells customer data while the app itself is completely useless full of fake job postings. Do not use this platform unless you like tons of scam calls

Not Ready ,No where near enough work and app glitches Bad !
There is really nothing here no one responds and the one response I got actually came from another app! The app had pictures of my security cameras in my garage and driveway Listed on gallery ! I removed them twice and they still show up from time to time I have a valid license insurance and company but it does not accept my ID! I am starting to believe there is some darker reasoning behind this app! It Definitely has potential however it’s NOWHERE NEAR READY! Or scam

Incredibly user-friendly and highly effective
ToolBelt has incredible features to connect us with top quality Subcontractors and a user-friendly interface that makes it easier to use. The customer support team is fantastic and always willing to assist.

Loved the app, but hate that it logs you out every time you exit. Makes me use it less and less until I just forgot the password and deleted it. Maybe I’ll use it again if they fix that but otherwise awesome design and functionality
Good idea, needs more users
This app is really cool, it basically allows contractors and tradespeople to connect with eachother and find work/workers. Contractors post descriptions of the project and then tradesmen reply to ones that interest them. I feel if this app had thousands of users it could potentially be the #1 lead generator/labor pool on the market. For now there’s simply not enough work on the app because there’s simply not enough people using it.

This app connects you directly with builders, saves time because there is no middlemen. I can just call or text directly about a project right away.

Can’t sign up
It does not let me finish creating an account, it keeps giving an error at the end and to try later. I don’t see any contact info to speak to someone on the issue. So far this tells me is not going to be a good app nor is customer service helpful as they is no immediate contact info other than sending emails which don’t get a response either.

No jobs in San Diego area
This is ridiculous. All is showing me are LA areas. Not even in San Diego area. What a waste of time.
Wasted time
This app is poorly set up. It takes longer to fill out the bio than it is worth. Click find work and I have almost every category in the tradesmen category checked so over 70 items in my set. I Clicked“find work“,,they had seven jobs to bid. All of those were 100 Mike radius ,, zero were close.

Highly recommend!
ToolBelt has dramatically helped us lower our sub contractor and in-house acquisition costs of labor. We have used many of these services over the years, and all of them having a learning curve. ToolBelt held our hand through the entire process, highly recommend!
No support for welders?
I don’t see an option for welders so I just signed up as a general laborer but I’ve been a steel fitter and a welder (production and structural) for a while now. It would be nice to see welders as an option on here.

We opened a franchise and or struggling with labor shortages, somehow we stumbled upon tool belt, they were extremely helpful and motivating, we simply upload our projects to a spreadsheet and they take it from there, within two days all of our jobs super booked! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been using tool belt to look for jobs and Ashleigh has helped me learn a lot on the app ( which was a bit confusing doing it on my own ) she answers all of my questions and has helped me connect with some good contractors . Definitely recommend and love using the app. I can’t wait to see how much for ToolBelt can help me grow my business .
