Fun creations
I am so glad I found this app. I took pictures of my students and then made coloring pages for them. They loved it. I also did it for a friend’s birthday and all the guests got a cartoon of the birthday boy. Fun for kids and adults! Highly recommend if you want to induce smiles!!!!
The Raddest App Store Transformation Ever!
Okay, so ToonPaint is, like, totally the raddest thing ever. I opened it up and—boom—my boring photo got transformed into this incredibly cool cartoon-style masterpiece. It’s so easy, so fun, and way more entertaining than, like, having a Terminator do your work.
The results are rad, bad, and totally shareable. Whether you’re making something for your friends or out with your inner artist, ToonPaint is, like, absolutely the tube. Five stars—no shoes, no shirt, no question.

It’s back!
I’m so thrilled to have ToonPaint back again. Being able to work with high resolution images absolutely makes this app relevant again.
The interface is simple and direct and the results are stunning.
For those not wanting to use AI this is a fantastic option.

Back and better!
SO excited to have access to a new version of ToonPAINT! As a long-time fan, I am thrilled to see ToonPAINT back and better than ever! This isn't just another basic filter app; it is a creative tool rebuilt for the modern era .
What sets this app apart is the "No AI" approach. Everytime I run the algorithm, I get the same output, not just a random image that distorts faces making them unrecognizable. I am in the director's chair with control over the Precision Ink Engine. I love being able to fine-tune the Edge Length (from XS to XL) and Coherence to get the perfect line art before adding color.
The Hand-Painted capabilities are where it allows your own creativity to shine. For times where I just want a quick output, I like that it autocomputes the color layers; I found that I like to use these as a guide for the painting mode.

Time for an update.
Need to be updated badly. I loved this app in the past, but it needs to put out higher resolution photos.
5 star app but please update
Please update
Restore purchase
When I change the new phone, I can't use the color I bought before. Also, purchases are not restored.
Waste of money
I should just have given the dosh to a charity.
Pay Again???
I love this app!!! Have had it for awhile, but now I have to pay for it again. Since it’s been updated??? No way!!!
Finally!
Fixed to what it once was.
Great to see an iOS 10 update
I'm glad toon paint got updated. It could still use some code cleanup and the app does still show its age, but it does still work great. Thanks!
Ripoff
Suddenly charging for things that used to be free. Avoid this app.
Money back please.
Cool filters, that i was able to access for about 2min after I first opened the Ap. Every screen has locked up since. Clean it up and it will be good, but for now, money back please!
needs a current update!
no update since 2013 is ridiculous! i haven't used the app for ages, just opened it and it froze. had to delete and redownload, then it froze AGAIN!
if it was a free app, then maybe i wouldn't care so much - but i've paid for this to be WORKING.
please sort it out.

Confused
Just bought this app and it made a pic for me after that I tried to make another one and now the app is froze smh
Dishonesty exists!!!
Ive had this app for some years and now they charge for the features that used to be free. When I went to email support I got a returned email that the message could not be delivered because the email doesn't exist. Don't waste your time with them or the 3 other apps they made under this company name because it seems they are just money hungry.
