Love a good tour bus ride!!!
We absolutely loved our TOOTBUS experience! The audio via app was a bit confusing, there were long silent pauses that made us think we were missing info, wasn’t until we tried the audio on the bus that we realized it was filled with music. Also the audio didn’t always match exactly up with the monument or building being described but for the lovely ride in the open air top and the views totally worth it!

Disappointed with Palace of Versailles Tour
Horrible experience with this tour. You wait over 2 hours for fireworks. Very crowded and limited seating. Customer service is horrible on this app. You will be redirected to WhatsApp and an AI response. Don’t bother downloading the app or booking with this company.
Does not cover London
App as of March this year (2026) does not cover London. You are at the mercy or poor network signals. Static web pages. Service updates that don’t work. Choose a different company for London. Has potential but certainly not in my view worth the money. App free but not the bus ‘tour’.
Not Helpful at all
Even though I said I was in London it does not give that as an option. What use is that? Downloaded the app twice to make sure I was following the instructions correctly, but it made no difference. Utterly useless app!
No London maps !
Downloaded the app, it it is set to Paris and offers o my two other cities. The want London and it is not an option ??

Useless application with terrible interface and functionality. Probably Chatgpt could have designed a better app.

The audios for each stop never came on. The bus drivers mentioned a few things but he was hard to hear.

We enjoyed the tour, it sets you up for seeing the best areas in a short space of time.
However, the app is ready poor. When we tried to use it, it was not even showing the bus routes or stop locations on the map, no live bus data as advertised, so it made it quite hard to find where to catch the buses, see when the next one would arrive etc.

Horrible
My sister in law used TOOTBUS in Paris and highly recommended it. I bought five passes for my girls and I for three days. We were going to use it to hop on and off for the different sites to see all over London. There must be more busses in Paris because it was horrible in London. We waited 25 minutes for our first bus. Then we rode for about 30 minutes and got off to see something being told another bus would come around in 15 mins. We waited for almost 40 and then gave up and took the subway. We tried a few other times the next day to get on one. Always being told it would be to the stop in just a few minutes. Each time after 20-25 minutes we gave up and just walked or got on a subway. It was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on a trip.

Being my 1st time in the UK, coming from a quiet country being Australia. I would really like to praise the young girl who served me. Klara Prela. What a beautiful young lady. She was so helpful and understanding to my predicament & to why I was in the UK to begin with. Klara is an absolute credit to Toot Bus. Great way to explore Paris!
Excellent value. Really convenient, frequent services. Friendly drivers. Informative commentary. Overall we were really happy with our experience of Tootbus in Paris.
Not worth it
App audio was not numbered or in order of stops. Bus audio was grainy and muffled.
Poor performance
Good in theory, but when it actually loads (which is rare), the bus gps seems to be turned off, so no idea where the busses are in London. Paris seemed to work okay
Great way to see the sites with limited time
We only had 1 day to see the major sires in London and the TOOTBUS was the way yo go! Yes it was cold at night but we got amazing pictures! We got off at probably 5 stops and it was only late (very late) at 1 trying to get back on. Would use again to sightsee around another city!

In my opinion, the app is not ready for the market, with far too many malfunctions and an unclear structure. Better to use headphones on the bus.
