Unable to verify

I have been able to use this app. On sign up it requested that I verify via text. I requested the verification multiple times after not receiving it. Never arrived.

Not great

No Apple Pay, and if you submit an order it asks for the verification code on the back of your card AFTER it loads. So if you don’t notice that it cancels your order. So then you have to start from scratch instead of buying the things that are already in your cart. it doesn’t even remember the store you were ordering from so you literally have to start from the beginning.

Can’t log in using shop pay

You Can’t log in using shop pay like you use on the site. So when you ask to log in you can’t even the forgot password it says you don’t have an account..so you then try to create an account with your email and it says there is already an account so will keep using the website until they figure that out

Not able to Signup

The developer of this app using old phone API which might not consider phone number valid!
Note: US Telephone Series get revised whenever there is need to increase the range of phone.

Why this rating?
This app couldn’t send OTP and thus, won’t let me order!

Tried web platform, able to login but no way to order because everything maps to app!

BEAUTIFUL UI but UX needs more

1.) no Apple Pay— you have to manually add your card.
2.) when redeeming a free item, you have to add something else on because the app doesn’t let you check out with $0 in the cart. If the total is $0, I have a coupon to redeem, I have a card added, and I have something in my cart, it should let me purchase. I just added a tip as a way around it, but then.. it’s not really “free”.

FINALLY!!!

Finally I can order my morning coffee in advance and earn points for my doughnuts! I am so glad I can start getting free doughnuts and coffee with my purchases!

Not great

The app is always signing me out of login and the QR code has not worked or just plain crashed the cashier system while using. Not gonna lie miss my punch card.

Verification Code Error

Doesn’t recognize new login verification code. Terrible user experience. It took forever for Top Pot to get a rewards program going, and it’s unfortunate that they went with a not so great rewards app platform partner.

Can’t even get started

Tryna verify the new app with code and won’t work. Tryna a reload, if that don’t t work will wait for the next version - and get my donuts at the second best place until it does work, LOL
