App loses the data and always sign out without reason. Delay with receiving the confirmation code and ends with receiving a msg

Si vous voulez vous tirer les cheveux gâcher vos vacances, ne jamais arriver à faire vos achats. Alors cours vite chez topcard, amusez-vous avec leur service clientèle qui ne sait même pas parler français qui ne sert à rien et qui ne comprend rien à ce que vous dites, et qui ne s’excuse jamais. Comment est-ce possible que les autorités suisses laissent une société pareille exercer ce métier ? Il suffit de lire les commentaires sur Google Et vous comprendrez. Ce que Je dis là.

Hard to understand and use
Bills, balance, open amounts, payment information- all very hard to understand and use, including compared to bank and credit card apps from Switzerland and US.

Why have you made this so complicated? I have to repeatedly call and ask what I owe on the card. I hate this app. It is the most confusing of all the apps I deal with. Deborah Egger

Complicated
I cannot have 2 cards with different currencies on the card. Customer service was rude and could not understand my issue.

Terrible UI in a time where banking apps need to be competitive
Try to find your invoice. No, the actual invoice. Because you want to pay your bill, right? Click invoices, nope not there, click through and they’ll show all your transactions, but no due date or payment info. For that you have to tap the three lines at the top and go to *that* invoices menu. You’re still not there, because it looks like you’re looking at a balance sheet. I’m sure all this makes sense to the accountants, but they must be using another card, which is what we should do too.

Absolute horrible
Of all card applications this one towers as the worst, it regularly crashes every other day then you need to reactivate all security which takes me 15 minutes before I can enter basic app functionalities. I will change credit cards just because of this poor app support.
Useless
Regularly forgets that i am already registered and tries to take me through the registration process (again). Then refuses to complete the registration since the device is already activated for the account. So have to deactivate and re-register. Useless

. Hier wird einfach Mitternachts Funktionen abgebrochen. Manchmal kommt man nicht rein. Abrechnungspdfs verschwinden irgendwo hin. Wie wäre es mit einer Überarbeitung und Vereinfachung für den Anwender ?
