Ich warte seit Tagen auf eine Mail mit Link zum Zurücksetzen des Passwortes. Man hat mir geschrieben aber nunmehr ist nichts passiert. Ich kann somit weder die Punkte abrufen noch den Account kündigen. Das ist alles unprofessionell und sehr ärgerlich.
