Is this app meant to replace Cashrewards?
Terrible with almost nothing tracking and withdrawal does not work (when those occasional times it work)

Disappointed not tracking
Like a couple other reviews, I followed the instructions and didn’t receive anything. Lodge the missing claims, which was easy to do as it obviously was tracking the purchases. Then nothing happened. Still no cash back. The missing claims are still missing, not even pending. So very disappointing, as I could have used ShopBack for the purchases and got something for my data.

Iv’e had some truly awful experiences using this app. You will be lucky if your cash back tracks and then even luckier if someone responds to your complaint. Use at your own risk.

You input your login & password and it just gets deleted.
Needs a lot of improvement
The app doesn’t show what you have clicked on so it’s easier to tack missing cashback. The overall app and service is lacking and needs major improvement compared to the competition.

Trying to use this on my iPad mini, but it crashes roughly every 10 minutes, which means navigating back to the site I was shopping at, emptying my cart and re-adding the items I had previously selected, and this is my first time using TopCashback - I don’t know how well they track yet!!
Unusual HEAT when using this app
I love the cashback offer, but the app itself need to be optimised for performance! Everytime I open the app, my phone(iPhone 16 Pro and my gf’s 16 pro max) heats up very quickly.

Nul à fuir !!!trouve des excuses pour refuser les cashbacks. Prétend que le refus vient du marchand et en contactant le marchand on apprend que ce dernier n’est pas au courant

Password reset not working
If you ever had to reset your password, good luck because it does not work, it will tell you your new password is invalid. Have fun contacting the support and get your cash back
