Still waiting for them to approve my bank account
I have never had a company say they want me to verify my bank account before they can pay out my first earnings??? Then not send the email for me to verify!! Is this a way of them stalling payment to me??

Tracking has massively deteriorated
Used for years but recently its been useless. I’ve made no changes and yet nothing tracks properly anymore. Multiple reports of this here in the reviews section, but nothing has been done.
Generic response with tips for tracking are pointless, I’m well aware of these as things have tracked for years without issue!
To be fair TCB are generally very helpful with missing cash back, but it’s still frustrating and time consuming to resolve.

So easy to use and money for nothing, well worth going through this app

Absolutely terrible stay away!! don’t waste your time.
I’ve been waiting 16 weeks for a pending to clear it states 12 weeks until payable. Spoken to customer service so many times and all you get is you have to wait but never say how long or when they intervene to chase it up. Because I’ve waited so long I’ve not used the app going forward as I’m not prepared to have other purchases pending and not paying out. My advice to other people thinking of using topcash honestly don’t bother use another app or use another form of cash back scheme ie some Credit cards offer it or even companies of discount schemes for employees. All top cash do is collect your data and track you via the app. I’m giving a honest review if this helps anyone going forward I’m glad I’ve helped.

Had this for years and always used to recommend it, never had any issues until the last year or so.
I’ve no idea what they’ve changed or why. But half the time transactions don’t track and you have to submit a claim to get them logged. Even then it takes months to get sorted and often come back saying, even though they can see the transaction tracked there’s a nonsense excuse as to why they won’t pay it.
Such a shame they’ve ruined what once was a brilliant app.

TopCashback well worth your time
TooCashback is so easy to use. Within a couple of seconds you can see if the retailer is on TopCashback and you just tap on the link and it takes you to the retailer site and then you order as normal and with weeks you have the cash back in your account. The money adds up quickly and it is very easy to withdraw. Well worth looking into. I highly recommend TooCashback.

This app is getting worse
Purchase phone via TopCashback link on April 2nd. It is now July 4th and the cashback is still showing pending.
Used a link to get a new car insurance 10 days ago and supposed to be getting the over £20 cashback but it is showing £0 cashback

More than 3 months now and the payment it still not confirmed. What’s the point?

Money just sits in pending pot and doesn’t register. Also brought travel insurance, followed all the steps and it doesn’t show on my account, it’s not straight forward and easy to use.
