Downloads where are they?
Just can find the downloaded maps, are they in a folder somewhere? Thanks
Direct USGS Topo Map Access
If you want real topo maps beyond βterrainβ, this app is the one you want; itβs built to be useful, not to make money for the author, and it shows in every feature. You get direct access to real and downloadable USGS topographical maps, with or without satellite imagery. It does lack some nice features other apps have, but I always find myself using this one instead because it works and provides direct access to the thing I actually want, the map. Itβs simple, clear, and direct because it was written in the true spirit of the Internet, open information for all. The author made a very helpful tool and I thank them for it. Features: multiple map choices, map downloads for offline use, track recording, waypoint recording, on-the-fly measurement tools, and full data exporting including downloaded maps, all from a small, simple, cleanly coded, efficient, old school, useful app. Yay.

MY GO-TO
This app is the best. I always carry paper maps, upload the GPXs to my watch, and gave satellite support, but this is hands down the best Topo graphic app. Simple, reliable, works offline. The interface is intuitive and never gets in the way of the task at hand. I recon this app for anyone serious about the outdoors.

Simply Great
Iβm a person that likes the simplicity of this app. Free Topo maps with gps locationing. You can save and categorize pins, use GPS coordinates, and measure distances. No subscriptions and no nagging ads. Very handy. Needs no cell reception to work assuming you downloaded your map segments in advance. Would and have recommended.

Excellent for backcountry use
I've used this app in the Grand Canyon many times. It has been very handy, especially when getting GPX or KML trails from HikeArizona dot com. Has helped in choosing routes when the trail is vague. Love it.
