Stole my Money
Ordered using a diamond. Restaurant cancelled my order - I was never notified of this until I arrived at restaurant. Toppings has not refunded my money or my diamond. All the “help”/customer service buttons in the app do nothing, so a review is quite literally your only chance of getting in contact with them. If you like throwing money into a void then this app is for you; if you like food, choose another app.

Waste of time
We had place order for a pizza it said will be ready in 45 min I went there after an hour and the restaurant said they did not get the order. Then after almost 2 hours of me ordering pizza I got one

Changed the whole rewards system. Would be better if you could combine diamonds. Also would be better if each referral was still 3 diamonds. Poopoo

App is not loading at all. I'm a new user. From the time I signed up, it keeps shows "Oops Something went wrong".

app signed me out and now i can’t get back in since it does not send text code.
A great idea if the app worked
This seems like a great idea—that is, of course, why I downloaded it. Unfortunately, the app couldn’t successfully send a text and it writes to the database before you are successfully signed up, so if you want to try again, you can’t retry, and you can’t use it since you’re not a full user. This needs some backend fixes…

cant even sign up
It would not send me a sign up code and I couldn’t even sign up for the app. Especially after they recruited a million ambassadors to text everyone 10x to sign up.
