Unable to access my collection
Since I linked my Topps account to Fanatics, in apps such as Bunt and Slam, I have lost access to the Topps Archive and my Skate collection. No user credentials found. What's going on? Your support is silent. I can't restore access via mail, I don't get a letter to change the password
Couldn’t login
Would allow me to create and account went to the website then tried to login here and just said credentials weren’t found. DELETED. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!
Outdated App
Customer service from Topps is poor. They tell you the app has an option to “Request Account Deletion”. The app does not have anything of the like. Fanatics tell you Topps deal with all Digital Archive issues seperately but Topps tell you to go to Fanatics website to start a privacy request. Everything is just a mess! Not just that, when you open the app it comes up with a warning saying “app has encountered an error” but then loads anyway! The app is clearly set for being retired but still have an active app that don’t care about anymore.

BRING SKATE BACK!!
Why haven’t you guys brought skate back such a financial mistake! Everyone loved the game! The app still had so much potential and it was just given up on! 😓
