TopSecret — Redact & Blackout

TopSecret blacks out anything sensitive in an image or PDF — then exports a flattened copy where the hidden data is genuinely gone, not just hidden behind a rectangle. Most "redaction" just draws a box on top. The text underneath is still there, still selectable, still recoverable. TopSecret rebuilds the pixels: the content under every bar is destroyed, so a redacted name, number, or face can't be selected, copied, or pulled back out of the exported file.
