About

Topset is a workout tracker for lifters who run their own programs. Build your split, log every set with RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) or RIR (Reps in Reserve), and Topset suggests the weight and reps for your next session based on how your sets actually felt. HIGHLIGHTS • Custom Program Builder: Create any split (Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Full Body), add days and drag to reorder exercises. 70+ set types including supersets, drop sets and rest-pause. • Smart Progression: Next-session weight and rep suggestions, adjusted to your gym's smallest plate, with deload warnings when you need them. • Set-Level Logging: Weight, reps or seconds, RPE/RIR, rest and notes for every set. Warm-up, failure and drop sets supported. • Training Check: See hard sets per muscle over the last 7 days against a 10–20 set target, plus junk sets and stalled lifts, each with what to do next. • Exercise Info: Tap ⓘ on any exercise for a how-to demo and a body map of the muscles it works. • Share Studio: Turn a workout, a new record or your streak into a story-ready card for Instagram or WhatsApp. Add your program code so friends can import it. • Cardio: A duration timer that keeps running in the background, plus incline, speed, level and cadence for every machine. • Workout Calories: Calories burned in each workout from your Apple Watch via Apple Health, or an estimate when there's no watch data. • Rest Timer: Countdown with sound, vibration and a notification when rest ends, even when your phone is locked. • Live Activity and Widgets: Follow your workout from the Lock Screen and see today's workout and water intake on your Home Screen. • Offline Workouts: Log sets without a connection. Everything syncs in the background once you're back online. • Program Sharing: Share a program with a code; friends can preview and import it in seconds. • History and Estimated 1RM: Session summaries, per-exercise history and estimated 1RM trends. • Exercise Catalog: 200+ exercises, or add your own. • Body Tracking: Log body weight and daily water intake. • Nutrition Tracking: Get a daily calorie target from your goal, search foods and log calories and macros. • Your Units, Your Language: kg or lbs, RPE or RIR, English or Turkish. NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED Start training right away. Save your account with email whenever you want to keep your data safe. FREE TO USE Topset is free. No ads. What's New in Topset

2.2.0

October 18, 2026

What's new in GymBuddy 2.2.0: • Redesigned workout screen: Your next set sits in a large card. Adjust weight and reps, then save with one tap. Rest counts down right on the save button, and +15 sec adds more time. • Finish or reopen an exercise, add an extra set, and track progress as "3 / 6 exercises". • Cardio: Pause and resume the timer. Log incline, speed, level and cadence for each set. • New home screen: A greeting with your name, a fresh motivation line every day, and one tap to start your next workout or resume the current one. You can also see when each day was last trained. • Add your name in Settings. • Water tracking: Undo an amount you added by mistake. • The Body screen shows today's calories against your target. • History: Workouts are listed by day name, and warm-up sets no longer shift set numbers. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
