About

A fast, lightweight workout tracker. Open it and log your first set within a minute: nothing to set up, no account to create. Built for progressive overload. Every set shows what you did last time, and the advice says plainly what to try today: "Every set hit 8 reps. Go heavier next time." Simple visible rules, no AI. You decide what goes on the bar. LOGGING - Sets arrive prefilled; one tap logs a set - Rest timer that rings on a locked phone - Drop sets, supersets, session notes, per-dumbbell weights, assisted bodyweight sets - Swap an exercise mid-workout and keep the logged sets - 233 exercises, with search that knows gym shorthand ("rdl", "ohp") PROGRESS - Strength trend, PRs, and estimated 1RM for every exercise - Weekly volume and a muscle heat map on an anatomical body - Body-weight log with a trend line PROGRAMS - 7 starter plans to take and edit, or build your own - Days with sets, rep ranges, RIR, and rest times - Share a program as plain text; duplicate it to experiment - Editing a program never rewrites your history PRIVATE No account, no ads, no analytics, no subscription, no network access.Your training data lives on your phone; a one-tap export gives you all of it in a readable file. Fully offline. One permission: notifications for the rest timer.

What's New in Topset

1.2

August 10, 2026

Share a program as plain text. Duplicate a program. 4 new starter plans (total 7): Full Body (3-Day), Full Body (2-Day), Home Bodyweight & Bands, and Push/Pull/Legs (6-Day). 13 new built-in exercises (233 total), including trap bar deadlifts, band-assisted pull-ups and the library's first neck work. The weekly muscle map now shades from a pale wash to full red, so you can tell a lightly worked muscle from a heavily worked one. UI bug fixes.
