App not working- says oops something went wrong
Please fix. It’s been like this since at least may 2026.

Just comes up with an error message reading ‘bummer’ have done everything recommended. Best of getting track man range

Terrible
Used to be a great app but since recent ‘updates’ the app won’t open, just keep betting a “bummer… something went wrong” message! Please get it sorted!

Connectivity issues at the range
It does not easily connect. I tried it at two different ranges.

When I click the open button in the App Store it redirects me back to the original page!? Anyone else seeing this
なかなか良いのですが、
①toptracer30のコースを選べるようにして、コースに難易度を設けて、難易度に応じて、スコアやハンディキャップを算出して欲しい。今はPGAチャンピオンコース固定ですが、ここはあまりにコースが難しすぎて、長いクラブの使用頻度も多く、普段のラウンドの参考にならない。
②計測値にヘッドスピードやミート率などのインパクト時の数値も入れてほしい。

Incompatible version iOS antérieur
L’application est devenu subitement incompatible avec les versions antérieurs à iOS 17.6 et on fait comment maintenant ? On achète un nouvel iPhone ?

App does not work after recent update

プロフィールの生まれた年を入力しようとすると、-92、-91、-90と続き、6、7、8までしか選択肢がない。
生まれた年なのに、年号を選択できない上に、適当に選択して進めようにも「不具合が発生しました。」の表記となり改善する見込みもない。
そのくせ、プロフィールを完成させようとか通知される。毎回イライラする。

Too buggy
Most of the time it doesn’t work. Major waste of fiddle time. Don’t pay anything if use it.
No Longer Working
Following the most recent update the app no longer opens. I just get a “bummer something went wrong” message. Please fix

This app won’t load anymore, opening to an error page. No matter how many times I update the app or delete then reinstalling it, it simply won’t work!!!

Distance Averages
Statistics provide distances for each practice session by club. I’d like to see the averages of all practices combined.

Cant see practice on ipad although signed in with same account as iphone.
Not happy!!!
I’ve used the Toptracer at my range for a couple of years quite successfully at my local public range. However, about 18months ago, I couldn’t log on, it didn’t recognise me, I deleted and downloaded the app but with no success. I tried to contact support but received an auto email that support@top…. wasn’t monitored. My club is about to install tracer technology but I let them know not to use Toptracer.
