New updates suck
Because of this new update now my app doesn’t even load past the logo, I can’t even check my balances or pay my bill! Fix it please

The app charged my card twice
The app charged my card twice I’ve made a report about it and I’ve yet to get my money back or top up to compensate me for my money that was taken off my card I’m honestly disappointed.

Need internet to add data. But if I’m not by internet and want put on data.. Whats the point?

Pre-paid Data Usage
I don’t think it is fair for the service provider to take my remaining balance of pre-paid data when the 30 days are up. I think the package should NOT be defined by days but by the usage of the GB. I think it will be much FAIR for the service provider to sell me a data package that will run until my required data is depleted as to selling me a package that will expire in 30 days whether I use the data or not.
This needs to be address because it is robbery on one end. The roll-over should not be an option when I renew my package. And besides that too has an expiry date which doesn’t make sense because you need to renew your data to get the roll-over, and once data is renewed you get to use your new data therefore the roll-over is not need.

Glitchy
This should not be the sole way a person can top up. It glitches. It rejects your credit/debit card sometimes and customer support doesn’t care to help so

This app is just a lousy as your service. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But the spotty service is never reflected in the bills that we receive. Do better BTC, we’re tired of y'all.

Useless really..
This app has really no benefits to post paid users, you are not able to monitor not even such as view your plan. When it comes to paying your bill using this app it displays incorrect amounts. I switch from aliv and was instantly disappointed in the apps offered to support post paid customers. The mybtc has not been updated in 2 years… Aliv has BTC in the bag in app support.

Poor App
I first had access to the app and the ability to topup however, that access was revoked for some reason.
I called to get it resolved. A BTC representative assured me that it would be, however, my matter was never followed up on and the app continues to be useless.

This app is pretty useless. It used to show amount of data, minutes etc left. Now it just shows the plan I’m on. I already know what plan I’m on. Seriously?

Horrible like the rest of flows apps
I loaded this app to try and buy the plan I want, but there is no option for the 30 day plans. I was using another flow app that stopped recognizing my account. After numerous attempts to resolve with their customer support, the best answer was I “needed to be patient”. 2 months later nothing has changed with the old app and this one does not work either.

The app itself is very convenient and it offer quick service... the only down fall I wish there was a sway you can add whatever ie.. $8, or$12

I don’t know about other service providers in the Bahamas, but BTC is terrible. Their app works fine, but the plans and the way you prepaid via the app is complete garbage
