On 12/14 I agreed to a 3 day free trial with charge on 12/17 unless cancelled. After agreeing to those terms I received a bank notification “$10.59 paid to Apple.” I instantly removed the app, cancelled the subscription and requested a refund after the charge completed. It was declined. After speaking to Apple, the decline was upheld. I opened a complaint with my SAG Consumer Protection. In their response Apple stated “a free trial was used in 2022 therefore I did not qualify for another free trial. I was not made aware of this until after a free trial was offered. Even though I agreed to fee time until 12/27, it was revoked, I was charged and was not offered any refund for an app I did not use out of disgust for the business practices. Free trials are being offered then revoked after agreement leaving the consumer out the money.
