Not working
I used to love this app. But over the past year or two, the 24hr tornado & hail forecast feature stopped working entirely. It’s just a blank screen with a question mark. This feature was the reason i used this app. I haven’t seen any updates or notification on if the developer is even working on this issue. Very disappointing. Please FIX THIS. Other people i know that have this app are experiencing the same issues.

Disappointed
I have used this app for several years. This spring Ive noticed there is a bad lag in timeliness of data displayed. North Texas had 7 confirmed tornadoes last evening and this app either did not display them or displayed them after they had touched down and moved on. Time for some serious updates to this app.

Wish it worked like it used to
This app was amazing up until recently. Not sure if developer stopped updating software or what, but I wish they’d get it fixed!!
Use to love it
This app use to be amazing! It was my go to during bad weather. The past few storms, our area has had tornados touch down and we have had multiple alerts go out through our county warn system. Meanwhile this app has shown NOTHING! Deleting and going back old school to the news and watching Facebook groups for free.

Fourty-five tornadoes in Florida yesterday due to Hurricane Milton and this app did not show a single one. It had been working well and then around the last os update it ceased function.
NO HITS
Today 10/9/24 in the MIDDLE OF TORNADO OUTBREAKS IN FLORIDA. NOT 1 ALERT YET TODAY!🤬
Not being updated, dropping subscription
This app was a life saver during Hurricane Harvey, so I started subscribing to it and recommending it. I even used it on a storm chasing trip about 5 years ago. The last couple of years it’s become buggy and unreliable.
Now, when I need it for Hurricane Milton it’s showing no threats, even though the southern half of FL has warnings and watches everywhere!
Their support & help link in the app no longer works either.
What was once an awesome app is now a waste of money.

Since IOS 18 update program has stopped working.
Not reporting known tornadoes as other apps are reporting real time.

Works great but one problem
I bought this when I was 8 years old and I love studying storms.
But now I’m 11 years old. and 9 days ago the tornado and hail forecast broke it’s just a white screen.
The tornado and severe thunder storm map works wich is good.
And the warning map works.
I will give 5 stars so you can fix it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used to be great. Now just obnoxious.
I’ve been using this app for years, and it’s always been the fastest and most accurate when it comes to alerting me about t-storms, hail, and most importantly, tornados. I’m not sure what changed, but at some point it stopped functioning correctly and now just sends endless alerts for the same events. We have a run-of-the-mill springtime thunderstorm moving through our area at the moment, and I have received at least two dozen alerts in the last twenty minutes or so, all saying exactly the same thing. This happens every time we get any type of weather event now. I’m currently looking for another app, because this one seems to have jumped the shark. Shame.

Non stop notifications
Every time there is one storm worth notifying it sends 7,000 push notifications about each storm. 1 or 2 is fine but it’s gotta have a bug that sends too many. I love the sound for the alert but not that many times.
Alert area
I am not able to set up my alert area!! Why?? Please fix this ASAP!!!!!
Alert Area Problem
Cancelled my subscription today … this app used to be accurate and timely keeping us aware of tornadoes in a region; great when traveling. However, today I discovered that it will not set a new alert area.
Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the alert area will not reset.

Broken
I have been using this app for years and loved it but it no longer works. There’s no radar anymore at all. I tried all three versions of the app, paid more than once and none of them work. There is no support I can access, inside the app requires a google login (that fails) and there is no way to contact anyone on the website.

Love hate relationship
Love that it shows exactly where they are and the path but every time you need it in a desperate situation it crashes continuously on you over and over and it’s a pain. By the time you get the path up it’s all over with so it’s kinda useless. If they would work the bugs out this is and could have the potential to be an outstanding tool for for spotters in the field or even people at home as another warning tool for them.
Also this is for apple users only. If you have something so great and beneficial, why would you not make this accessible to all users to help or help save lives.
I really like this app so I hope they work all the bugs and kinks out because it is very useful. Also make this app for all phones not just apple.

After iOS update, it’s useless
I have always relied on this app and it has been very helpful living in an active tornado zone. But after this last iOS update ( I am assuming that is what the problem is) none of the features work as they should. It is basically useless. Period. On to the next.
Alert Area
Cannot save the alert area I choose. Keeps going back to the whole country.
