Notification flood
App does not respect its own notification settings. I had only game start and end selected, but am still being pushed all the promotional notifications, goals, half-time etc.
App is horrible
It won’t let me send tickets through text message. Then I get an email that my tickets were sent. I text recipient and they said they didn’t get it. Find new programmers. It’s 2026. No reason for these glitches when you put a low end roster together. Just saying
Plus I put my check information only to get it bounced back as incorrect later that day. I follow the steps just like your photo. Season ticket manager have been useless for this.

App has a lot of glitches.
The app always seems to go down or not work, especially when you want to sell your tickets.

Literally cannot connect my Ticketmaster account to the app which means I can’t accept ticket transfers or get any of my tickets on the app. Actually so stupid.

Cannot access my tickets. I’m a season ticket holder but Ticketmaster thinks I’m a bot.
Nightmare getting tickets
Awful. Frustating when the app doesn’t work. Disappointing I can’t get hold of a human for help
Tfc app slow
Always asking me to keep logging in and is very very slow.
Good and bad
Good it’s easy to save tickets to wallet on phone but to transfer to another person without Ticketmaster is impossible. Trying to transfer tickets I bought to my son so he can go with his friends, he doesn’t have a ticket master account and I can only transfer via TM or sell how horrible is this and on top of all that screen shots won’t work…..I hate the monopoly MLSE has on sports in Toronto area.

I have to sign every time I go for my tickets and I’m usually on the train. Poor experience
High hopes
I had high hopes for this year but things didn’t work out as planned. I know it was difficult for everyone in the organization and the fans but I feel we threw in the towel very early in the season.
As a pre day one season ticket holder it burnt even more that Montreal dominated us and we showed zero heart and character.
I say this every year and I hope one of these days someone in the organization will listen “As as supporter I don’t need any high profile players, I need strong teammates who will work together to win for the fans. I’m not saying we don’t like to have these plates, they have to fit into what we are trying to do.
I knew from the start that the Italian Job was not going to work because those players do now fit into our system.
Anyways,
I’m still gonna be back next year and if we are not going to win the league, let’s not loose to Montreal. That’s my wish

App is OK-ish
For basic interviews and standings it works fine. The app and content fails to generate enthusiasm and keep fans engaged in the real details of what is happening whether it be detailed injury reports or team acquisition investigations. Like most of MLS related things, it just fails to meet the bar of expectations set by other leagues. MLS paraphernalia, commentary and website content is generally C-, IMO.

Mediocre app
The app has not been changed in over 6 years. No player bio. You have to search for the team schedule. Cannot add my bank info to receive funds when I sell a ticket.

Absolutely frustrating
If I don’t get these tickets downloaded in my wallet I will not accept or buy tickets to another TFC game. This app doesn’t work with Ticketmaster. I can sign into each app individually but to accept my ticket the TFC will not work with Ticketmaster. Changed my password multiple time. I would not given it a negative star rating but could only go as low as one.

Significant Lag…
There’s a significant lag between listing your tickets using the app and receiving the email confirmation. The email confirmation arrives almost instantly but the app doesn’t update, even 24-hours later…
Login troubles
Absolutely terrible, I go to login in to access my season tickets on the app and it says “Credentials Invalid” but with the same login info on a computer it works.
Not the best
The app works fine, but the content is sub par and is not updated often enough, especially on game day.
Getting to the ticket viewing is difficult.

I find It very difficult to get to my season tickets profile. Also I am not getting week or two in advance notifications of a game or don’t have an option to upload the dates of games to my calendar. Never missed a game with printed tickets. Missed 3 already this year
