Can’t get Tailgate tickets
I try to get tailgate tickets for the raptors playoffs but the app crashes everytime. I wish the raptors would go back to how they did it before back in 2014 where it was first come first serve or get another app to get tickets. Smh
Horrible app for managing tickets, extremely buggy
As a season ticket holder for the last 2 years, this is an awful application. I constantly have to log in and out because it gets buggy. It takes me 20 minutes just to post tickets for sale and cancel listings because the screen never freaking loads. Seriously, this is a pathetic application and you should fire all developers involved as the clearly do not know how to build a production grade application. It’s frustrating to the point where I may have to cancel my season tickets since managing them on this app is extremely time consuming and frustrating

Helpful and resourceful app, but could use visual improvement
Not Functional
The app simply does not function properly. I can see that my ticketmaster account is connected in my profile but whenever I try to enter a contest, it takes me to a different page asking to connect my Ticketmaster account. I sign in to Ticketmaster successfully on that page, go back to enter the contest and it takes me back to that sign in page. Just a loop of sign ins making it impossible to enter giveaways making this essentially a useless marketing app. The app works for my partner so it seems it simply does not function for some people and does for others.

Absolute Garbage Experience
I just wanted to buy a ticket to my girlfriend for fan days but you force me to install this dumpster fire of an app that makes me go through a million hoops just to login and then once I am logged in I need to create another account with another password to access the fan section. Well congrats, I gave up. Your app is absolute trash.

Not a computer savvy but, I bought 2 tickets online, had to download an app, had to create an account, to see my ticket, had to download this app, create another account, and now… cannot even see my tickets… way to complicated.
Can’t connect to ticketmaster
I’ve had issues with the Raptors/MLSE app not properly linking to my whenever I try to enter draws, the app says my Ticketmaster account isn’t connected even though it is. I’ve tried reinstalling, logging in and out, and even contacting support with no success. The Fan Access and contest features are very buggy and need improvement. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Notification Spam
Way too many notifications and promos. More granular control required otherwise we just turn them all off and miss out on drops and contests. We don’t need 50/50 ticket notifications mixed in every. single. game.
Tickets dont show up
I clearly see my tickets in my ticketmaster app, which ive linked to the Raptors app, but the Raptors app says i have no tickets…
Ticketmaster connection
Cannot connect the account with Ticketmaster so I cannot enroll any ticket draw.
Two apps to access ur tickets lol?
Ridiculous to have to view tickets on another app where it was previously usable thru the ticketmaster app.
Invasive App
Pushes notifications even when they are turned off and no way to turn off the Dynamic Island widget.
Confusing and inaccurate information
Part of the app make no sense. The game flow is inaccurate with the scores switching teams incorrectly.
Similarly the play by play is confusing to read. Why does the score flip flop left to right after each play? Keep the visiting team score on the left and the raptors on the right and keep it that way.

Went to view my game tickets day before event. Not found! Had to go inner web and open ticket master to find them. What a mess

Flakey
When the app works it’s pretty good but it constantly kicks you out and makes you sign in. As a season ticket holder I’m transferring and selling tickets and the apps unreliability is annoying. The integration with Ticketmaster is not a plus.
