Useless- won’t open
I have had a subscription and used the Toronto Star app for a number of years. About three months ago the links from my email would bring me to the app and the ever loading spinner. When I go to the app, it never loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. It’s a pretty useless subscription when I can’t ever read the news! Less than one star.

Needs a news widget
I would use this app far more if it had a set of widgets for top stories and different sections like the CBC app does. Huge missed opportunity.

Can’t access anything without being prompted to sign up. Help desk is useless
No subscription management
Seems odd to have an app that does not easily allow you to control home delivery.
At least, I could not find a place to do that, could be it is there but not in an obvious place.

Constant problems with comments
Try to post - most recently, the post button keeps disappearing. Sometime I click and it doesn’t work. Disappointing.
