All I see is $14.99/ month… what’s inside?
No preview, no trial period, just asks to pay 14.99/ month. The sun is pricing itself out of business. I used to read the Sun print copy decades ago on daily basis, and I even subscribed to the E version 10 years ago. I liked the look/layout which looked like the paper print. However, due to cost now I forgot the Sun even exists, it’s pricing itself out of business, nothing is accessible without a costly monthly fee. There’s tons of other news apps for free or a fraction of the cost,..The Star, Globe,…etc

Criminal business practices
Instead of charging reasonable subscription prices, they scam customers. I will never subscribe again. I hope you go out of business.
Garbage App
Well, they’ve got my money, so I’m locked in. Epaper won’t download without using wifi. Downloaded paper sometimes just lost in the app. Hasn’t been updated in years. No one cares. It’s free to download, but like in everything else, you get what you pay for.
Can’t Sign in with Apple
Created my account on the website and paid for a subscription. Directed to the app, but no option to “sign in with Apple”, just username and password (which I don’t have). Go figure, an iPad app with no option to use Apple.

New version terrible
The January 7/23 version is TERRIBLE! The print has gone fuzzy. The pictures overlay the print in some cases. Load time is 5 or 6 times what it was. You have to sign in to make comments, but buying through the apple store, you can’t sign in and there is no option to register.
We are accessing this using 9th generation ipads. Have enjoyed the e-paper for years, but will let the subscription lapse in 12 days if things don’t improve.

It has been an interesting method of zooming in and out reviewing events locally and internationally.
Which it was animated and I could actively complete the games and puzzles. I enjoy the satire in the comic section miss Archie and the cat forgot his name.

Wrong price!
I just ordered the Sun thinking it was $12.99 as advertised only to be charged $14.99! What is going on here??!
If you miss a day without downloading then you’re out of luck to get this ePaper. All my emails to support are returned. There is NO SUPPORT!

Yes I can download and read today’s paper. But if you miss, no you can download another issue from here. Not much info in “my account” other than name and email, you cannot manage or see your payments. No feedback or help option. Support is nonexistent.

I haven’t been able to even log into the site or download any ePaper since December 13/19. Support is non-existent.
Sun doesn’t hire intelligent people
I load the Sun App. I tapped a Dec 5 2018 paper. A box popped up which stated that I would be paying $14.99 per month but the App details that I am suppose to pay $12.99.
Subscription doesn’t work
When I try to subscribe I keep getting bounced back to the enter passcode screen
