Glitchy app

Update: after another redownload it seems to be working! I appreciate the response. Looking forward to being able to shop again!
I have so many issues using the app. I’ve updated it and redownloaded and it still won’t work. Super frustrating since there’s so much more available online than in store. This is a new problem recently! I’ve been able to use it in the past.
