Don’t see gate info for restaurant in app
It’s annoying to have to google where the restaurants are located in each terminal so I can’t coordinate ordering for my flight. But app is convenient. Just needs to be more user friendly about restaurant locations in airport.

What's the point?
The restaurant is very open right now at 5:41pm, and yet the app says the restaurant is closed, offering to place an order for 6am tomorrow morning...

APP DOES NOT WORK
APP DOES NOT WORK, Please fix immediately. Ordering forces you to add a phone number but will not save it to advance forward. Also, the app will not allow you to save a phone number in settings.

Best food at O’Hare w/o the long wait
Normally, this restaurant has a long line just to order followed by a longer wait for your food to be ready. This app makes it possible to skip the order line and then get your order without having to stand around waiting. Order, relax, check your flight, enjoy the food! If only Starbucks O’Hare would follow suit!

No notifications!
I got a generic notification saying when my food would be ready... but in reality, it was ready ten minutes early and sitting getting cold. Still the same great food, though.
