Constantly saying off-line
Worked great until about a week ago and now keeps saying our devices are off-line and is no longer usable. Please fix whatever was changed as we loved the app until now!

2 Heat Pumps with 3 mini splits per pump
The equipment is all working as expected. The remotes have been set aside and the control is all done remotely via wifi using the TOSOT app from the Apple. The app was a bit tricky to set up but works well. The heat pumps are used in conjunction with an in-floor radiant heat system, supplied by a propane fired boiler and controlled by Nest thermostats. This enables us to reduce the heat requirements of the heat pumps to the 8 deg C minimum, to reduce risk of a boiler failure in the winter, and also minimize electrical usage by the heat pumps system. The A/C works very well in the summer. Our first full year of operation ends this June.

HVAC Installation
Being a DIY person, I was nervous about installing the unit but with the right tools and some research I was successful. The unit has been working well for several days now. The electrical work was easy. However, this was my first time installing the unit and line set evacuating and pressure testing with nitrogen and then opening the refrigerant valves!

Wonโt allow me to connect to my 5g wifi
Needs a fix. I was connected to my 5G network for a few months & now it will not connect & tells me to connect to 2.4. Canโt figure that out cause my internet is 5g
