Unable to load the feb 2023 issue

Sorry to say after paying for 6 months of subscription I am unable to load, after multiple attempts,the Feb 2023 issue.

They pop up an ad over your screen for a FREE 911 wide body issue and ask you to download it. After you select download, they change the price to $4.99.
